Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cream cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, parsley, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares, roughly 3-4 inches each.
- Place about a tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each pastry square. Fold over to create a triangle and pinch the edges to seal.
- If desired, beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the puffs for a golden finish.
Baking
- Place the puffs on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the puffs to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm.
Notes
Storage: Refrigerate leftovers for up to three days or freeze for up to two months. Reheat in a preheated oven for best results.
