  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Optional: Red pepper flakes for a kick!

Preparation
  1. Rinse and pat dry the shrimp, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbling but not browned.
Cooking
  1. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not burnt.
  2. Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until pink, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
  3. Once shrimp is fully cooked, remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Don't overcook the shrimp; 3-5 minutes is all you need. Fresh ingredients enhance flavor; use fresh garlic and parsley for best results. Customize with red pepper flakes for heat or sautéed bell peppers for color.
