Ingredients
  

Pasta and Sauce
  • 12 ounces 12 ounces of pasta (penne or rotini) Use your preferred pasta shape.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup unsalted butter For a richer flavor.
  • 4 cloves 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust based on garlic preference.
  • 1 cup 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Cheddar or a blend can also work.
Toppings
  • 1 cup 1 cup of your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.) Customize with your preferred ingredients.
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Enhances flavor with herbs.
  • to taste Salt and pepper to taste Season as preferred.
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) Adds a fresh touch.

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Garlic Butter
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to let it brown.
Combine Pasta and Butter
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the garlic butter in the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
Add Toppings and Cheese
  1. Stir in your favorite pizza toppings and add the shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix everything together until the cheese is melted and the toppings are evenly distributed.
Season
  1. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, along with salt and pepper to taste. Give it a final toss.
Serve and Garnish
  1. Serve the pasta bowls warm, garnished with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy!

Feel free to swap toppings to suit your taste and enjoy leftovers for up to 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage.
