Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef (cooked and seasoned)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until melted and combined.
  4. Open your can of pizza or crescent roll dough and lay it flat on a lightly floured surface.
Assembling Rollups
  1. Spread the beef and cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch of space at the edges.
  2. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, creating a log shape. Pinch the edges to seal.
  3. Slice the log into 1½ -inch pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over each rollup for a glossy, flavorful finish.
  2. Pop them in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  3. Allow them to cool slightly before digging in, and enjoy your fabulous creation!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
