Ingredients
  

For the beef filling
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the rollups
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional) For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully browned, then drain any excess fat.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s melted and gooey.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
Assembly
  1. Spoon about a tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  2. Roll them up from the wide end to the point, ensuring the filling is secure inside.
  3. Place the rolled-up pieces on the prepared baking sheet with the point facing down.
  4. Brush the tops with the melted butter.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley (if using) and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, customize with toppings like jalapeños or pickles. Storing leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
