Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling
  • 1 cup refrigerated biscuit dough Keep Halal-compliant
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can substitute with other Halal-friendly cheese
Garlic Butter Mixture
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic, dried parsley, and salt. Stir until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assembling
  1. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the individual biscuits.
  2. Flatten each biscuit slightly in the palm of your hand and add a generous tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center.
  3. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese and pinch to seal tightly.
  4. Dip each stuffed biscuit in the melted garlic butter mixture, ensuring they’re well-coated.
Baking
  1. Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for about 15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  3. Once baked, drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the top. Serve hot.

Notes

Experiment with different types of cheese for variety. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze before baking for up to 3 months.
