Ingredients
Method
Preparing the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add the warm water and melted butter to the mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
Kneading the Dough
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
First Rise
- Place the kneaded dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size—about 1 hour.
Shaping the Rolls
- Once risen, punch the dough down and divide it into equal pieces (about 12-15). Shape each piece into a ball and place them in a greased baking dish, leaving some space between each.
Second Rise
- Cover the rolls again with a towel and let them rise for about 30 minutes until they puff up.
Preparing Garlic Butter
- While the rolls are rising, melt the remaining butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the chopped parsley.
Baking
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the rolls, reserving some for later. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Brushing and Serving
- Once done, remove the rolls from the oven and brush them with the remaining garlic butter. Serve warm and enjoy!
