Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even cooking.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley. Allow it to simmer for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a lightly greased baking dish and season them with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the garlic butter sauce generously over each salmon fillet, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with lemon slices if desired, and serve warm. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce over the top for extra flavor.

Notes

Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. Freeze cooked salmon for up to 2 months.
