Lobster Ingredients
  • 4 pieces lobster tails Thawed if frozen
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt To taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin.
Garlic Butter Mixture
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
  2. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Baking
  1. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture onto the lobster meat.
  2. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up, and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and give one last brush of garlic butter on top.
  2. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
