- Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin.
Garlic Butter Mixture
- In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
- Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Baking
- Generously brush the garlic butter mixture onto the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up, and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and give one last brush of garlic butter on top.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
