  5. Carefully fold in the rainbow sprinkles using a spatula or wooden spoon—be gentle to avoid breaking them.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Don’t overbake; they should remain soft in the center.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
