Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract one by one until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until blended.
  4. Fold in the chopped strawberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter!).
  2. Allow cooling in the pan for 10-15 minutes before removing and cutting into squares. Top with additional strawberries if desired!
