Preparation
- In a large pot, melt the 3 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Stir gently to prevent burning.
- Once the butter is fully melted, add 4 cups of mini marshmallows to the pot. Continue to stir until the marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove the pot from the heat and carefully stir in the 4 cups of fruity cereal until fully coated.
- Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan with some butter or spray. Transfer the cereal mixture into the pan and press it down firmly using a spatula or your hands.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely at room temperature. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can freeze for up to a month. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
