Garnish (Optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by washing all your fruits under cold water. Make sure to pat them dry to avoid excess water in the salad.
  2. Cut your strawberries into quarters, peel and dice your kiwis into bite-sized pieces, and chop the pineapple and grapes accordingly.
Mixing
  1. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of honey and the juice of 1 lime. Whisk them together until smooth.
  2. In a large serving bowl, gently toss the prepared fruits together. Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the salad and gently mix until every piece is coated.
Garnishing and Serving
  1. Add fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and flavor, if desired.
  2. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes for a refreshing twist.

Notes

Substitutions: Feel free to switch up fruits according to what's in season or your preference. For best results, prepare the dressing just before serving to keep fruits fresh.
