Preparation
- Start by washing all your fruits under cold water. Make sure to pat them dry to avoid excess water in the salad.
- Cut your strawberries into quarters, peel and dice your kiwis into bite-sized pieces, and chop the pineapple and grapes accordingly.
Mixing
- In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of honey and the juice of 1 lime. Whisk them together until smooth.
- In a large serving bowl, gently toss the prepared fruits together. Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the salad and gently mix until every piece is coated.
Garnishing and Serving
- Add fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and flavor, if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes for a refreshing twist.
