Preparation
- Start by washing all your fruits thoroughly. Chop the strawberries and pineapple into small pieces and combine them in a bowl with the blueberries.
- Take your ice cream cones and fill them generously with the fruit mixture. Make sure to pack it down a little to hold everything together. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top for an extra creamy finish.
Chocolate Dipping
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips. Microwave them in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted. Be careful not to burn the chocolate!
- Holding each cone, carefully dip the top in the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. If desired, sprinkle some nuts or colorful sprinkles on top of the chocolate before it cools.
Setting and Serving
- Place the cones upright in a glass or jar to help them set. Let them stand for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
- Once the chocolate is set, they’re ready to be devoured! Enjoy your delightful cones with family and friends!
Notes
For variations, try using different fruits like kiwi or citrus slices. To avoid soggy cones, fill them just before serving. Store unfilled cones and fruit separately for best results.
