Assembly
- Choose your base: Select a large wooden board, serving tray, or marble slab.
- Start with bowls: Place small bowls filled with honey, yogurt, or any dips on the board first to anchor the layout.
- Arrange in sections or rows: Start arranging your fruits. Use a rainbow layout, color-blocked rows, or fresh clusters. Begin with larger fruits like oranges and pineapples and fill in with smaller items like berries.
- Fill the gaps: Use grapes, berries, and mint leaves to fill any empty spots and add texture to your board.
- Add height & layers: Enhance your display by stacking grapes in small bunches or fanning out apple slices or other fruit for added height.
- Garnish with mint & flowers: To finish, add fresh mint leaves or edible flowers for a pop of color and elegance.
- Serve cold: Keep the board chilled until serving time to ensure freshness.
Notes
Store individual fruits in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to three days. It is recommended to prepare the fruit board just before serving for the freshest taste and presentation.
