Ingredients

For the Granola Cups
  • 2 cups Granola (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup (for added sweetness)
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil (melted, for binding)
For the Filling
  • 2 cups Plain or Flavored Frozen Yogurt (any flavor you prefer)
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries (a mix of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts (optional, for extra crunch)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the granola, honey (or maple syrup), and melted coconut oil. Mix well until all the granola is evenly coated.
  3. Use a muffin tin to mold the mixture into cup shapes. Press the granola firmly into the mold to create a solid base.
  4. Bake the granola cups in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely.
  5. Once the granola cups are cooled, carefully remove them from the muffin tin. Fill each cup with your favorite frozen yogurt.
  6. Add a generous amount of fresh berries on top of the yogurt. You can also sprinkle chopped nuts if desired.
  7. Place the filled cups in the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving. This allows everything to set perfectly!

Notes

If you find yourself with leftovers (which is rare!), you can store the cups in the freezer in an airtight container for up to one week. Best not to reheat; let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying.
