Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups granola Choose your favorite, or make your own!
  • 2 cups frozen yogurt Any flavor you wish; vanilla is versatile!
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit Options like berries or sliced bananas work perfectly.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Optional, for added sweetness.

Method

Preparation
  1. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or line with paper liners.
  2. Divide the granola evenly into the muffin cups, about 2 tablespoons in each, and press down gently.
  3. Spoon the frozen yogurt over the granola layer, filling each cup to the brim and smoothing it out.
  4. Sprinkle fresh fruits on top and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt is set.
  6. Remove from the muffin tin and serve immediately or store for later.

Notes

For dairy-free options, substitute regular frozen yogurt with coconut or almond yogurt. Ensure granola is packed tightly in the cups for the perfect texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
