  • Honey or maple syrup Optional for binding granola.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your muffin tin by greasing it lightly with a non-stick spray or using silicone molds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the granola with a tiny drizzle of honey or maple syrup to help it bind.
  3. Spoon a tablespoon of the granola mixture into each muffin cup and press down firmly to create a solid base.
  4. Add your frozen yogurt on top of the granola base.
  5. Top your yogurt with freshly sliced fruits or other desired toppings.
  6. Place the muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until fully solidified.
  7. When ready to serve, carefully run a butter knife around the edges of each cup to help release them, then pop them out.

Notes

For best results, ensure ample freezing time for solid cups. Store in an airtight container in the freezer. They can last up to one month. Enjoy them straight from the freezer.
