  • 2 cups frozen strawberries Fresh strawberries can also be used.
  • 1 cup yogurt Plain or flavored, your choice!
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey Optional, add for sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips Optional, for toppings.

Preparation
  1. If using frozen strawberries, allow them to thaw slightly for easier handling. Chop them into smaller pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and honey. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
  3. Fold the chopped strawberries into the yogurt mixture while being careful not to smash them.
  4. Drop small amounts of the strawberry-yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet using a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of each cluster, if desired.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 hours or until the clusters are solid.
  7. Once frozen, pop them off the baking sheet and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy directly from the freezer.
