Preparation
- If using frozen strawberries, allow them to thaw slightly for easier handling. Chop them into smaller pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and honey. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Fold the chopped strawberries into the yogurt mixture while being careful not to smash them.
- Drop small amounts of the strawberry-yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet using a spoon.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of each cluster, if desired.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 hours or until the clusters are solid.
- Once frozen, pop them off the baking sheet and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy directly from the freezer.
