Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Use plain Greek yogurt for best results.
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas, sliced Make sure they are ripe for sweetness.
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced Fresh strawberries work best.
Optional Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons honey Drizzle over fruits for additional sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup granola Sprinkle on top for added crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the Greek yogurt evenly across the parchment-lined baking sheet, aiming for a thickness of about 1/2 inch.
  3. Layer the sliced bananas and strawberries decoratively over the yogurt.
  4. Optionally, drizzle honey over the fruit and sprinkle granola.
Freezing
  1. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the bark to freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until solid.
  2. Once frozen, break the bark into pieces.
Serving
  1. Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.

Notes

For best texture, enjoy straight from the freezer. Let sit for 5 minutes if you prefer a softer bite. Substitute Greek yogurt with a dairy-free alternative if desired.
