Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Mix until well incorporated and smooth. If desired, add honey or maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
- Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Form into little balls or drop in dollops.
- Sprinkle any toppings on top of each scoop immediately after forming them.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow bites to freeze for 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container or bag for longer storage.
Notes
Adjust the peanut butter and yogurt ratio to your taste. Use a silicone mold to prevent sticking, and you can freeze a double batch for quick snacks.
