  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Use any plain variety.
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter Crunchy can be used for texture.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness.
  • a pinch salt Enhances flavor.
Toppings
  • Chopped nuts, chocolate chips, etc. Choose any toppings you prefer.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Mix until well incorporated and smooth. If desired, add honey or maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
  2. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Form into little balls or drop in dollops.
  3. Sprinkle any toppings on top of each scoop immediately after forming them.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow bites to freeze for 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container or bag for longer storage.

Notes

Adjust the peanut butter and yogurt ratio to your taste. Use a silicone mold to prevent sticking, and you can freeze a double batch for quick snacks.
