Frozen Fruit Salad: A Refreshing Delight!

Are you on the lookout for a refreshing, creamy treat that will make your taste buds sing? Look no further than Frozen Fruit Salad!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups whipped topping plus more for serving
  • 1 pint strawberries diced
  • Feel free to add other fruits such as blueberries, bananas, or peaches as desired

Method

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Start by dicing your strawberries and any additional fruits you plan to use. Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature to make mixing easier.
  2. Mix Cream Cheese & Topping: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy. This will serve as your delightful base.
  3. Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is fully combined and fluffy. Be careful not to deflate the whipped topping too much!
  4. Add the Strawberries: Gently add your diced strawberries (and any other fruits) into the cream cheese and whipped topping mixture. Stir until the fruits are evenly distributed throughout the mix.
  5. Transfer to a Container: Spoon the mixture into a serving dish or individual cups. Smooth the top for an even finish.
  6. Freeze: Place the dish in the freezer and allow it to freeze for several hours or until firm.
  7. Serve: When ready to serve, take it out of the freezer, let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly, and garnish with some extra whipped topping if desired.
