Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced Ensure they are ripe for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup fresh mango, peeled and diced Choose ripe mangoes for sweetness.
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice Juice about 4-6 lemons, adjust based on your preference.
Liquid Ingredients
  • 4 cups water Adjust the amount of water for desired strength.
Sweetener
  • 1/2 cup sugar Adjust to taste; consider alternatives like honey.
For Serving
  • as needed Ice cubes For serving.
  • as needed Lemon slices and mint leaves For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash strawberries and mangoes thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries, then peel and dice the mangoes. Set aside.
  2. Juice the lemons to get about one cup of fresh lemon juice.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, mangoes, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth, adding a bit of water if needed.
  2. Optionally, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
Mixing and Serving
  1. Add the remaining 4 cups of water to the pitcher, stirring well. Adjust sweetness with more sugar if desired.
  2. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the lemonade over ice. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves before enjoying.

Notes

For best flavor, use ripe fruits and adjust sweetness to your liking. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen in ice cube trays.
