  • 4 cups fresh melon (cantaloupe or honeydew), cubed Make sure your melon is ripe for the best flavor.
  • 4 cups water Chill your water for a cooler refreshment.
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice Adjust flavors to your preference.
  • to taste Fresh mint leaves (for garnish) Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Preparation
  1. Start by washing your melons thoroughly. Cut them in half and remove the seeds. Scoop out the flesh and cut it into cubes.
  2. In a blender, combine the cubed melon, water, sugar, and lime juice. Blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  3. Taste your creation. If it needs more sweetness, add extra sugar and blend again.
  4. If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp.
  5. Pour the Fresh Melon Fresh Water into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  6. Serve immediately over ice for a refreshing experience!

Notes

This drink is best enjoyed immediately, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Shake well before serving if chilled later.
