Method
Preparation of the Shell

- Once it thickens, add vanilla extract and let it cool down before spreading it over your tart shell.
Arrange the Fruits
- After the pastry cream has cooled, carefully spoon it into the tart shell.
- Beautifully arrange your chosen fruits on top, being creative to make it look like a rainbow.
Glazing the Tart
- Brush your glaze over the arranged fruits to add shine and preserve freshness.
Chill and Serve
- Allow the tart to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
Notes
For substitutions, feel free to use any fruits depending on what you have. Chill the tart sufficiently for the best taste, and let the pastry cream cool completely to avoid a soggy bottom.
