- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar until well combined.
- Take each bread stick and dip it into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated but not overly soaked.
- Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter until melted.

Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For freezing, separate the sticks with parchment paper in an airtight container, and they can be frozen for up to a month.
