  • 1 piece jalapeño, minced Add the optional green food coloring for fun!

Preparation
  1. Begin by cutting the avocados in half, removing the pits, and scooping the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados until you achieve your desired creamy texture.
  3. Squeeze in the lime juice to prevent browning and add a zesty flavor.
  4. Fold in the finely chopped red onion, diced tomatoes, and minced jalapeño.
  5. Season it with salt and pepper to your taste, and if you want that extra fun twist, add a few drops of green food coloring.
  6. Mix everything until well combined and transfer to a serving dish.
  7. Finally, place the edible eyes on top of the guacamole to give it that iconic Frankenstein look!

Notes

Store leftover guacamole in an airtight container, pressing plastic wrap directly onto the surface to minimize browning. Best enjoyed fresh and not reheated.
