  • 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 cup fruit cocktail drained
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries chopped
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 packet of strawberry gelatin mix

  1. Prepare the Fruits: In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple, drained fruit cocktail, and chopped maraschino cherries. Stir gently to mix them.
  2. Add the Cottage Cheese: Fold in the cottage cheese gently to maintain the fluffiness.
