Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1.5 cups 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the filling
  • 1 cup 1 cup creamy peanut butter Make sure it’s halal.
  • 8 oz 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Optional toppings
  • Whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or chopped nuts For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well until combined, resembling wet sand.
  2. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan to create your crust.
Create the Filling
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add in the peanut butter and mix until well-blended.
  3. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until all ingredients are incorporated.
Whip the Cream
  1. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
Assemble the Pie
  1. Pour the fluffy filling into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Chill
  1. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to set properly.
Serve
  1. Slice and serve with your favorite toppings for an extra special touch!

Notes

To keep your Fluffy No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie fresh, cover it tightly with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator for about 4-5 days. If you want to freeze it, wrap it well and it will maintain quality for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
