- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda until well combined and smooth.
- Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
For the best taste, let the brownies rest for at least an hour before cutting. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Reheat in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.
