Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, milk, and egg. Mix until fully integrated.
- Gradually combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Brush the dough with additional melted butter, then sprinkle the brown sugar and more cinnamon on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut it into equal pieces.
Baking
- Place the dough pieces into muffin tins and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.

Notes
