Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and half of the pastel M&Ms into the mixture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the remaining pastel M&Ms on top of the batter and gently press them in.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting them into squares for serving.
Notes
Serve with milk or vanilla ice cream. Can also be enjoyed with fresh strawberries or fruit salad.
