  • 2 pieces Carrots (peeled and cut into sticks)
  • 2 sticks Celery Sticks (cut into sticks)
  • 1 piece Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
Olives
  • 1 cup mixed, green or black olives
Crackers or Bread
  • 1 box whole-grain crackers or a fresh baguette, sliced
Hummus or Dip
  • 1 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
Fruits
  • 1 cup Grapes (whole or halved)
  • 1 piece Apple (sliced)
Nuts
  • ½ cup Almonds
  • ½ cup Walnuts

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start with a large cutting board or serving platter.
  2. Place the cubed cheddar and gouda cheese on one side of the board.
  3. Slice the brie cheese and place it next to the other cheeses for variety.
  4. Fill in the space with your crunchy carrot and celery sticks.
  5. Spread out the sliced bell peppers and halved cherry tomatoes to create a colorful contrast.
  6. Scatter the olives around the board.
  7. Lay down a stack of whole-grain crackers and the sliced baguette for those who love dipping.
  8. Set a bowl of hummus at the center.
  9. Fill in any gaps with grapes, apple slices, and nuts.
