  • 2 medium medium-sized apples, sliced Choose your favorite variety.
  • 2 ripe pears, sliced Can be any type of ripe pear.
  • 1 cup grapes, halved Any color of grapes works.
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds Freshly removed from the pomegranate.
Flavorings
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Add more if you love cinnamon.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.

Preparation
  1. Wash the fruits thoroughly. Slice the apples and pears into bite-sized pieces. Halve the grapes and set aside. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate if not done already.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, pears, halved grapes, and pomegranate seeds.
Flavoring
  1. Drizzle the honey over the fruit mixture, sprinkle the ground cinnamon, and pour in the lemon juice.
Tossing
  1. Gently toss the fruit using a spatula or clean hands to ensure everything is evenly coated.
Serving
  1. Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to meld the flavors. Serve chilled, if desired.

Notes

For best results, refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. The salad is best consumed fresh.
