Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and softened butter. Mix until the texture becomes crumbly.
- Gently fold in rolled oats.
- Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Press about two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the oat crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the raspberry jam.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
These bars can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature or warm in the oven before serving.
