Preparation
  1. Wash and slice the pears in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and create a hollow space in the center.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crumbled blue cheese and chopped walnuts. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Assembly
  1. Spoon the blue cheese mixture into the hollowed-out pears, ensuring each half is generously filled.
  2. Drizzle honey over the stuffed pears, ensuring each is sweetened just right.
  3. Arrange the stuffed pears on a serving platter, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and drizzle some balsamic glaze on top if desired.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Best served fresh. For freezing, prepare without honey drizzle and wrap tightly before freezing.
