Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the eggs, eggnog, vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, and ground cinnamon. Mix until combined and smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust, spreading evenly with a spatula.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and slightly jiggles when you shake the pan.
Cooling
- Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Serving
- Before slicing, top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon, and cut into bars. Serve chilled.
