  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional) Add if desired.

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and utensils, including a mixing bowl and spatula.

  3. Add the softened butter or melted coconut oil and mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract until well incorporated.

  6. Taste the mixture to ensure desired sweetness and adjust if necessary.
  7. If you prefer a firmer texture, refrigerate the cookie dough for about 30 minutes before serving.
