  • 1 pinch salt
Wet Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk (or milk alternative)

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Preparation
  1. Heat the Flour: Spread the flour on a baking sheet and bake it at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes. Let it cool before using.
  2. Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Flavor: Stir in the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the Dry: Gradually add the cooled flour and a pinch of salt into the butter mixture. Mix until just combined.
  5. Add Milk: Pour in the milk and mix until the dough reaches your desired consistency.

Notes
