  • 4 slices Texas toast, frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup marinara sauce or pizza sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni or choice of toppings (vegetables, sausage, etc.)
  • Dried oregano and basil, for garnish
  • Olive oil spray (optional, for extra crispiness)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Set your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place your Texas toast in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Generously spread marinara or pizza sauce over each slice.
  4. Sprinkle a hearty amount of shredded mozzarella over the sauce.
  5. Add your preferred toppings like pepperoni, veggies, or others.
Cooking
  1. Carefully slide the basket back in and set the timer for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Check for doneness when the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
Serving
  1. Once done, sprinkle some oregano or basil for flavor.
  2. Allow the pizzas to cool for a minute, slice them up, and serve hot.

Notes

For storage, keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze them for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer or oven for the best texture.
