  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce Adjust to taste for spice tolerance.
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting your chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces, making sure each piece is coated well. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. While the chicken is marinating, preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Cooking
  1. Once the air fryer is ready, place the marinated chicken in the basket, ensuring it is spread out in a single layer.
  2. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Serving
  1. Once the chicken is crispy and cooked through, remove it from the air fryer and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes
