Easy Strawberry Mango Popsicles

Refreshing and fruity popsicles made from ripe strawberries and mangoes, perfect for a cool treat on a hot day.

Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped Make sure your strawberries are fresh and ripe for the best flavor!
  • 2 cups mango, peeled and chopped Use ripe mangoes for optimal sweetness.
Liquid
  • 1 cup coconut water or juice Can substitute with any juice of choice.
Sweetener (optional)
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then chop them into smaller pieces.
  2. Peel and chop the mangoes.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, mangoes, coconut water (or juice), and honey/agave syrup (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste Test
  1. Take a small spoonful of your blended fruit mix and taste it to adjust sweetness if needed.
Freezing
  1. Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  2. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
  3. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 5-6 hours or ideally overnight.
Serving
  1. Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them, then gently pull the popsicles out.
  2. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

Store popsicles in the freezer for up to 2 months, wrapped in plastic wrap to avoid freezer burn.
