Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to get it nice and hot.
  2. Chop your steak into bite-sized pieces, quarter your potatoes, and ensure your broccoli florets are fresh.
  3. In a mixing bowl, drizzle olive oil over steak, potatoes, and broccoli. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well-coated.
  4. Lay the steak, potatoes, and broccoli on a large sheet pan in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the steak is cooked to your liking and the potatoes are golden brown.

Notes

Leftover steak, potatoes, and broccoli can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze the meal for up to three months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
