Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the mixed greens under cool water, then pat them dry.
  2. Slice the cucumber into thin, bite-sized pieces.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes to release their juices.
Assembly
  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes. Toss gently to mix.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and toss lightly.
  3. Tear burrata cheese into smaller pieces and place on top of the salad.

Notes

For substitutions, if burrata is unavailable, use fresh mozzarella or goat cheese. Prepare the vegetables just before serving to keep the salad crisp.
