Method
Cooking the Noodles
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
- In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, sriracha, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Mix well until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Combining the Noodles and Sauce
- In the pot where you cooked the noodles, add the drained noodles back in. Pour the peanut sauce over the noodles, tossing to coat evenly. Make sure each noodle is coated in that delicious sauce!
Garnishing and Serving
- Transfer the noodles to a serving dish and sprinkle sliced green onions and chopped peanuts on top for that extra crunch. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a quicker meal, prepare the sauce ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. Reheat noodles with a splash of water if too dry.
