- Start by washing your cucumbers under cold water. Slice them thinly with a knife, or if you have a mandoline, use that for even slices.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the red chili flakes, salt, vinegar, and minced garlic. Stir well until the salt is dissolved.

Notes
