  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough Select halal-certified if necessary.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Consider using dark chocolate for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs Whole-grain versions can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 large egg For egg wash.
Optional Toppings
  • chocolate syrup For drizzling on top if desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
  3. On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the triangles.
  4. In the center of each triangle, place a tablespoon of chocolate chips, a tablespoon of mini marshmallows, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle towards the point and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the tops of each roll.
Baking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
  3. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes

Store uneaten rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to a week. For freezing, use a freezer-safe container for up to a month. To reheat, place in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
