Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, add the chicken and zucchini. Drizzle with olive oil, hot honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until coated.
  3. Arrange the chicken and zucchini evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring chicken pieces don’t overlap.

  1. Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  2. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro, and serve hot.
