- Step 1: Sauté the Mushrooms
- In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
- Step 2: Add the Garlic and Spinach
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 3: Garnish & Serve
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot as a side dish.
