Ingredients
  

  • For the Sautéed Mushrooms and Spinach
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For Garnish
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Sauté the Mushrooms
  • In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  • Step 2: Add the Garlic and Spinach
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 3: Garnish & Serve
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot as a side dish.
