- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley chopped
Step 1: Sauté the Mushrooms
In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
