Easy Pizza Bombs Recipe

If you love **gooey, cheesy, bite-sized pizza**, these **Easy Pizza Bombs** are about to be your new favorite snack! Made with **soft dough, melty cheese, savory pepperoni, and flavorful pizza sauce**, these stuffed pizza bites are **crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside**.

Equipment

  • - Baking sheet or muffin tin
  • Parchment paper
  • - Small mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • - Pastry brush

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 can 8-count refrigerated biscuit dough (or 1 lb pizza dough)
  • - 12 pieces mozzarella cheese 1-inch cubes or shredded
  • - 12 slices pepperoni or cooked sausage, mushrooms, etc.
  • - 1/3 cup pizza sauce plus more for dipping
  • - 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • - 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - Fresh parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • #### **Step 1: Preheat & Prepare**
  • Preheat oven to **375°F (190°C)**.
  • Line a **baking sheet with parchment paper** or lightly grease a **muffin tin**.
  • #### **Step 2: Assemble the Pizza Bombs**
  • Flatten each **biscuit or pizza dough piece** into a small circle.
  • Add **1 teaspoon of pizza sauce**, **1 piece of mozzarella**, and **1 slice of pepperoni** to the center.
  • Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to **seal tightly**.
  • Place each bomb **seam-side down** on the baking sheet or in a muffin tin.
  • #### **Step 3: Brush with Garlic Butter**
  • In a small bowl, mix **melted butter, garlic powder, oregano, and salt**.
  • Brush the tops of the pizza bombs with the mixture.
  • Sprinkle with **grated Parmesan cheese**.
  • #### **Step 4: Bake & Serve**
  • Bake for **15-18 minutes**, or until golden brown and puffy.
  • Let cool for **5 minutes**, then garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve warm with **extra pizza sauce for dipping**.
